A lazy afternoon...........
A group of us craving for dessert............
End up @ GE Mall, Jalan Ampang......

I order a alcohol coffee as a start.........
hmmm.....
ok. Alcohol taste a bit too strong for me.

One of my friend order the grilled sirloin steak (RM 28) which served on sour dough with wild rocket, pickles and
potato wedges.
Since i can't take beef, i decided to try out the sour dough for my first time. I expect it to be sour as it call sour dough...but it's not. It has a distinct taste, tougher in texture compared to normal bread......later when i
google on the internet, only i realise the real meaning of it. * shy shy shy*

Here my pasta - Truffle
pappardelle with
cep (RM 38 ) Although by looking at the price, i can actually go for a nice lamb shank or pork knuckles.... but by the word truffle, i will still give it a try. It comes with the home made
pappardelle ( bigger fettuccine ) cooked in nice and creamy sauce with grated
parmesan, mushroom and bacon... trust me, this is really nice! Too bad it is just too expensive for the small portion of it.

Next we opt for the
kerabu fried rice (RM20) . The fried rice is a bit normal for me. The fried chicken tasted good.

Dessert time!!! Let's start with a simple
blueberry cheese cake.....
hmm..... acceptable....

The famous T
iramisu .... well, tasted good i would say
because that day's
tiramisu is a fresh one............
personally love the crunchy nuts outside the cake... but again i dun like my tiramisu to go with the strawberry sauce.
Now i'm in love with a new cake from Alexis - Pavlova!! It's taste heavenly good! Crispy sweet outside, light and fluffy inside!!! But again, it's a bit too pricey... if not mistaken, it is around RM 13 per slice.....
I tried a few of their other outlets but i still think GE Mall outlet still maintain the best food quality.....
Give them a try and let me know!

The fried rice presentation is very unique. The pasta really creamy and unique and the desserts..slurpilicious. So many must try when I am in KL.
