Sushi Groove, One Utama

Ogenki Desuka!! Honestly, i fall in love with Japan culture when i was in form 4 after came back from a Youth Training Programme in Ichi, Japan for 10 days. But that period of time, i didn't really take picture about the food and study about the Japanese food. I just love their culture. I still remember when i was there, i suffer from vomit as i still dunno how to appreciate the sashimi and my first try, were all throw out!... How horrible am i....

But when times flies.....i start to understand more about Japanese culture and learn to accept their food. And now, sashimi is something that i can accept even tho my crave towards Japanese food is still not very high...


Once a while, i will still try out some Japanese outlet and this time, is Sushi Groove. The deco here is slightly look like a drinking pubs but they serve sushi.



Well, i can't recall the name of it but i think this is called "Dynamite" RM 9.90 which is the salmon sushi with cheese...the sushi rice is firm and the salmon and sauce blend well too.



Next is this Lion King @ RM 15.90. I think I'm really not a real Japanese food lover as i really can't recall what is the ingredient in it even by looking at the picture i took. So sorry... but with my memory for 3 months ago, i think it is delicious....

My friend ordered the Katsu don (RM 14.90) My friend said it is acceptable and not too bad. The fried chicken is delicious to me as it is well marinated.

My bowl of ginger chicken (RM 14.90) is good too as the chicken slice was deep fried till crispy and topped with cooked ginger.

I would say Sushi Groove is a place where is can get fast-food style cheap Japanese food. Worth a try....
