Happen to have a chance to try out the food in Biba's Cafe at Mandarin Oriental Hotel again...... ( i tried their buffet dinnet few years back and i still remembered that i kinda like their food)
Starter - Mushroom Soup - thick, dark in colour, salty .........
Starter - Duck Consomme - clear but flavourful broth, duck meat in tiny cube size, not enough satisfaction of this soup becoz of the size of duck meat.........
Smoked Salmon salad - nice cut of Salmon, great combination of condiment to go within, but just not my type of salad........
Lamb in pita pocket...can't remember the actual name but u guys dun need to know too - the lamb meat is dry, taste below quality.....Disappointed meal....

i'm not going to have chicken rice in Hotel cos it's very common food. The smoked salmon salad look so tempting..How much is the price? expensive?
why is the Mushroom Soup so foamy ? @_@
hahaa.its duck soup and not duck meat..of course not big chunks of meat lar..
i would die for the smoked salmon salad though..
although the chicken rice is pretty much disappointing..

Hmmm....defintely will not stop by at such place! lol!
the only thing that caught my attention was the salmon...hmm...guess i wont be including this in my wishlist...
may be their chef off that day, so the quality is down.
