Old China Cafe, a well established brand name famous among the tourist in KL. It's famous of it's authentic
nyonya food, and of course the old traditional antique design...

I really love the ambiance of this cafe
coz i feel like
i'm in the 60s.. with the old
Chinese song playing as a background. Every pieces of furniture there is antique and personally, i love the old-fashion fridge so much

A cup of hot "
KOPI" is
alwiz so suitable in that environment. The old traditional cup with the green colour flower image is like a trademark of those old traditional "
kopitiam".

The method of serving "
KOPI" here was slightly different where they will served us a big pot of coffee with a strainer to strain off the coffee powder.

Here's my cup of iced coffee. A bit sweet for me but i love the full bodied of the local black coffee
Nasi lemak - a dish strongly recommended by the waitress........ It's something special
becoz the rice is in blue colour and it's served with
sambal,
ikan bilis, cucumber,
kangkung, boiled egg and
rendang chicken. Taste wise was just acceptable....
Nyonya curry
laksa is a bit
disappointed as i still prefer the one in Red Ginger, North Point. The taste was a bit bland for me and it's just a very normal curry
laksa.

Not to comment so much on the food
coz they basically served to the tourist crowd. But definitely i will come back again
becoz of the friendly staff and nice ambiance.
