Back track to a wedding dinner back in December, in Sheraton Subang.... honestly i attend wedding dinner at least once a week and just dun understand why every rushing it at the end of the year...
This time, it's a wedding dinner of my relative - Yee Kai
I love the decoration of it and the whole ambiance is so romantic!
Ruby Four Hot & Cold Combination - Four combination consists of Japanese octopus, fried balls, prawn salad and scallop with vegetables.... i guess this banquet is not cheap one as the amount of scallops really a lot!
Braised Shark's fins soup with crab meat and crab roe was alwiz a second dish... very normal taste. Well, i cannot expect a shark fin's soup to taste like a chicken soup rite?
Stewed whole chicken with Chinese herbs and dried vegetables. This is a great one as i love the chicken!!
Deep fried Garoupa with sweet & sour sauce. This dish is kinda normal and i think i can cook better than this one..hehe
Braised sea cucumber and black mushroom with garden greens.
Stir-fried tiger prawns with coconut biscuits and golden oats. Not my type of food again..
The steamed fried rice wrapped in lotus leaves is one of the good dish here as i like the aroma of rice from the lotus leaves!
