Book Valley Cafe 书乡茶坊

Here's some simple photo review about the food from Book Valley Cafe ( 书乡茶坊) . I dare not share my personal opinion about the taste but is for you to find out and tell me. Hehe..

The ketchup pattern.. if changed a little.. and have different pattern.. i think it would be great.. :)

whistler : Please give me yr comment once u try. There is still room for improvement. Coz i alwiz think that it can taste better than now. Must paksa my chef to follow my standard.

I must say all the food looks good esp the nasi lemak, and the otak-otak dumpling sounds interesting, though I have to agree with jason that the spaghetti looks a bit plain...maybe some parmesan cheese and parsley on top of the sauce?

As for the ketchup pattern on the plates, maybe you can try using other colours eg. making a beetroot coulis(maroon), carrot coulis(yellow), coriander pesto or parsley oil(green) to make it more interesting? And it's healthy too!

Well this are just some of my suggestions so no hard feelings! Pity I can't try out the food as I live in Kuching =)

toxine : Im just normal guy in Klang. Big pressure for me after i post about my own restaurant. Coz most of the food blogger have very special taste bud n demand....

YA MAN, the nasi lemak klang looks yummy. the herbal chicken rice should be good also huh, since our dear jackson here loves chicken rice. surely you wont sell something you yourself wont eat.

so, how does the discount work? we just go there and say, i know jackson kah? does it apply to the books too?

Last time I was home was in Oct and I had the impression a bank was gonna occupy the ground floor...
