The Emperor @ Sheraton Hotel, Subang

Last two week, my beautiful aunt was craving for dim sum, so we dicided to dine @ Emperor, Sheraton Hotel, Subang for lunch. It's near to our office in Glenmarie Shah Alam and the environment of hotel is quiet Ok.

We were warmly welcome by the restaurant host and seated at the centre end of the restaurant. It is a well set-up chinese restaurant with a "golden" table setting...

Since it's only two of us, we only ordered a few dim sum as a start! The waitress brought us the whole tray of different dim sum for us to choose from.....and below are what we had choose:

Scallop dumpling.....带子水晶饺. Wow, this is good! The fresh ingredients will tell!

Stuffed tofu sheet 瓤腐皮 。This is so different with what we ate outside. The filing was full of fish and prawn meat and the sauce was so nice!!

A good dim sum must go with good tea! Important is that tea can help me reduce weight (hopefully)...hehe

Hmm....came to this one....opppsss..i can't recall what the name of it! But i do remember when i first bite on it, the skin was a bit too hard. But the filling was OK.

People who knows me would know that i love "siu mai" so much!! And let me tell u , this is so so so so so good! Full of prawn meat!!! Thumbs up!

Yeah yeah!!! Im craving for siu mai so much and i decide to order the black pepper "siu mai". This is something really special! But i still prefer the original one!

Since it's just a few order of dim sum, we decided to try out the fried black pepper udon! It's heavenly good! The gravy was nicely seasoned, with lots of seafood! And the most important is the "wok hei" make the overall taste and mouthfeel so good! And you know what, the total bill was only RM 75++, after a 20% discount for citibank card holder! It's so reasonable to dine in a hotel like this.

Yummy dim sum! I love dim sum! I really like how the scallop dim sum looks. I live in a town that has no good Chinese food, and definitely no dim sum. ;-( But I like your pictures, and I am going to dream of dim sum now!
